Founded in 2005, the Company develops, manufacturers, and distributes environmentally safe cleaning products. Thus far, the Company's products have been sold through both regional and national distributors, wholesalers, and retailers who offer products in the Paint Sundry, Lawn & Garden, and Household Chemical departments.

The Company was founded with the mission to manufacture and distribute environmentally friendly cleaning products. In response to the growing need in the marketplace for a biogradable and environmentally friendly alternative to abate mold and mildew, the Company focused on their primary product as the first product to produce, promote, and distribute. The founder of the Company is very aware of the lack of effective and nontoxic alternatives available on the market for mold and mildew cleaning, general indusrial cleaning, wood restoration, marine care, and household cleaning. Having run three of the largest painting companies in the U.S., and being the parent of two asthmatic children, the founder saw an opportunity to make a positive change in the industry. Existing environmentally friendly cleaners did not work as well as the harsh chemicals in the market. The Company worked to develop effective environmentally friendly solutions to cleaning problems such as mold contamination and paint preparation.

Sales and revenues for 2006 and 2007 were to small retailers while the product was in the "Beta Testing Phase." The projections for 2008 are based on the Company's new contract and roll out with Home Depot this year. The 2009 projections are based on sales to Home Depot and Wal-Mart, with whom the Company is negotiating and hopeful will be completed by mid-year and roll out in 2009. A strategic partner will be necessary to achieve the company's projections and full potential.
